Danik Med Spa, a trade name operating under Danik Deals, Inc., provides a range of aesthetic and wellness treatments. Details about our services, including pricing and duration, are available on our website and in our clinic. While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we reserve the right to make changes to our services, policies, and pricing at any time without prior notice.

By accessing or using this website or our services, you acknowledge that all interactions, purchases, and agreements are legally managed by Danik Deals, Inc., even when services are rendered through Danik Med Spa.

ELIGIBILITY

Our services are available to everyone. However, individuals under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian sign all paperwork and provide written authorization for any treatment to be administered. Certain treatments are recommended for individuals aged 21 and older, based on industry best practices. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet the applicable age requirements.

GIFT CARDS

Gift cards issued by Danik Deals, Inc.:

• Hold no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Are non-refundable and non-replaceable if lost or stolen.
• May only be used for regular-priced services at Danik Med Spa and cannot be applied toward deals, promotions, or discounted packages.

Unused service values, such as the cash equivalent of an unused treatment package, can only be applied as credit toward other services at Danik Med Spa. For example, if you purchase a $300 service at a 50% discount and pay $150, the $150 credit can only be used toward other services and cannot be exchanged for cash.

MEMBERSHIP TERMS

By signing up for a Danik Med Spa membership plan, you agree to the following:

Membership Privileges:

• Membership benefits are exclusive to the registered member and are non-transferable.
• Sharing benefits with unauthorized individuals is strictly prohibited.

Membership Changes:

• Members may upgrade their membership level once during the contracted period after completing at least six months of membership.
• Downgrading membership levels is not permitted during the contract period but may be requested upon renewal.

Membership Freeze:

• Memberships may be frozen once during the annual contract period for a minimum of 30 days and a maximum of 3 months, with an extension of the membership term.

Monthly Benefits:

• Unused benefits expire at the end of each month and cannot be carried over.

Payment and Cancellation Policies:

• All monthly or full membership payments are non-refundable.
• Members must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations. A $25 cancellation fee applies for late cancellations.
• After three missed or late cancellations, one monthly treatment benefit will be deducted.
• Cancellation of membership requires written notice at least 30 days in advance. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in a cancellation fee equal to one month’s membership dues.

Accepted Payment Methods:

• Membership dues must be paid via credit card, debit card, or ACH. Cash payments are not accepted.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Danik Deals, Inc. and Danik Med Spa are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. By using our services, you agree that the total liability of Danik Deals, Inc. and Danik Med Spa, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the specific service or membership in question.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

All disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms, the use of our website, or services will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration will take place in Broward County, Florida. By agreeing to these Terms, you waive your right to a jury trial or to participate in a class-action lawsuit.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Broward County, Florida.

POLICY AMENDMENTS

Danik Deals, Inc. reserves the right to modify these Terms, as well as its policies, regulations, and pricing, at any time without prior notice. All modifications will be effective immediately upon posting to this website.
